About the show:
After a sold-out show in February, André Costello brings The Music of Neil Young back to Pittsburgh Winery for an encore performance featuring an expanded setlist that spans the full sweep of Young’s catalog. The night moves from hushed, harmony-rich acoustic songs to the heavier moments that earned Neil the nickname “Godfather of Grunge” — and plenty of ground in between across decades of music.

Known for his own original work in his bands André Costello and the Cool Minors, Forestry Division, and most importantly as himself (Andre Costello), André is also often cast as Neil in Randy Baumann’s annual Last Waltz tribute, where his rendition of “Helpless” has become a fan favorite.

The band features Eli Weidman, Eric Sakmar, and Kelsey Jumper from André’s Rocky Mountain Low band, James Hart (a longtime collaborator across many André projects), plus guest drummer Marc Martinka and Nate Campisi from previous Neil Young shows. The evening also welcomes Harper Reese, whose expressive pedal steel adds another layer of depth to the sound.
